Flares of Orange over a residential hill in New Zealand
Hi I am Ishaq Idris, a budding young photographer. The purpose of this blog is to capture the obvious as said by the title of the website. Things we take for granted and not pay heed to their existence will be showcased on this blog. Also splashes of my beautiful country New Zealand will be interweaved throughout the blog. All photos are taken with a Nikon D3200 DSLR camera.

A day out at the Wellington botanical gardens
As I said in my blogs description I will try and weave my home country in. So my first entry of showing New Zealand is my visit to the Wellington botanical gardens. The Gardens are a very popular attraction in the capital Wellington. It is full of colourful flowers and interesting trees accompanied by serene and quiet atmosphere.

The sneeze stoppers !
The cuboid which keeps us company when we have a runny nose or an allergy attack. This cardboard box has modernised and has been decorated as time passes, to such an extent we want to display this object. Some people use it so much that it could be called an integral part of the house ........ until it runs out.
Its the tissue box, the dam stopper used by many to stop the overflowing noses of people all around the world. I like the floral designs on these boxes as they create an aesthetic pleasing piece which could be placed in any room. Hooray for the tissue box.
